Hi Ian,
Re Members Christmas Lunch
Just wanted to say that I really enjoyed it, I had the vege option which was delicious!!
Do you think you'd be able to find out for me what was in the risotto, I could make out butternut squash but really couldn't place the other lovely flavours and also what was sprinkled on the top of it - 10 out of 10 from me for the vege option!
Kind regards,
Sue White

Ian,
I would just like to bring to your attention how impressed I was with Paul who covered the football session on Friday afternoon.
He was a real natural with the children, especially the younger ones, who were all well behaved and both he and the children enjoyed themselves. The session was more structured than they are used to, with a proper warm up and drills and this seemed to work very well.
The 'Kids Combat' which Tanya has been doing during the school holidays, is very popular and well run. We are really hoping that this is something which will be included in the kids programme on a permanent basis.

I just wanted to compliment Jill on the fantastic job she is doing with the running club. The motivation and training Jill has given us for training for the half marathon has been amazing and she took us out on a long run on Sunday and we completed 9.5 miles which I personally never thought I could achieve. Jill has now made me believe I can actually do the half marathon.
Please pass on this positive feedback to her.
Kind regards

Dear Ian,
My children attend both the creche and the beehive and I just wanted to say how excellent the staff are in both. They provide an outstanding facility which I feel extremely grateful for. The care of the children is second to none. The energy that they put into entertaining the children shows a complete dedication, which goes way beyond just doing their job. They are a huge credit to Beachdown, as I am sure you know, and I would like to say a huge thank you to them all.
Kind regards,
Karen Reeve

Dear Ian
I am not one who would normally write to praise or complain but felt that I had to write to you to say how much I am enjoying the rusty rackets session with Tom on a Friday morning. I started with a friend a few weeks
ago and we both now really look forward to tennis on a Friday.
When the
new bulletin came out this month and it said that there would be a new
tennis timetable during the winter we were both relieved to see that the
Friday morning session is staying. We turned up this morning and both knew
it was unlikely to be on due to the rain but we saw Tom and instead did
short tennis indoors which we both had alot of fun doing having not ever
played it before.
The Friday sessions are brilliant with Tom giving advice and confidence to
all us players who haven't picked up a racket in years but most all it is
really good fun!

Hi Ian
As a regular user of the Fittrack I would like to say how much better the garden/grounds are looking at Beechdown. It must have taken a great deal of time and effort for the gardener to bring them up to their present state so perhaps you would pass this message on to him. Many thanks
Jenny

Hi Ian
I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the Beginners Squash session Wednesday 7th Dec with Jesse. I have never played before and the current sessions running are a bit too advanced for a real novice like me so this was a great intro and I would love it if a beginners squash session/drills could be looked at on a more permanent basis J
I even went out and bought myself a squash racket and have been having a knock about on the court with some of the people met on the course but would like to understand more about the game and progress further.
Best regards Jane
Dear Ian,
I dined in the Brasserie on Friday evening for the first time since refurbishment. I just wanted to say that my wife and I agreed that it was the best meal we have had out in a long time. The food was cooked to perfection, and the ambience of the refurb. meant we had a really relaxing time.
We are looking forward to eating our way through the rest of the menu.

Good morning Ian,
I’m expecting another colleague to join this week. I have emailed her to confirm, to ensure we get the five we need.
The feedback is very good from everyone, especially from me. The facilities are excellent, the staff are extremely professional. The Tennis coach (Tom) is first class.
I will keep pushing to get further members.

Adam

Hi Ian,
I just wanted to write a quick note to say how excellent the Squash scene is at Beechdown now that Jesse is running the show. His organisation, enthusiasm and quality of coaching is fantastic and has made a big difference at the club. Long may it continue! I only wish I didn't have commitments on a Saturday that prevent me from being able to get some private lessons!
Best Regards
Steve

Hi Ian
Just wanted to say thank you for the quality of the instructors used for covering Heather and Simon (Sat - attack with Trish, Jam with Cheryl, Tues - Jam with Ellie, Wed - Step with (can't remember her name I think it starts with L?) and Thurs - Combat with Ellie) All are extremely good and hopefully they enjoyed being with us as much as I and some other members have enjoyed having them.
I know that finding cover for instructors is hard especially when we, at Beechdown, are spoiled with having such excellent instructors. Lots of people don't like change and I feel that these people usually speak out their opinions and seem to only be heard, so I wanted to let you know that myself and a lot of other regular studio members, who I talk to, were really pleased with these cover instructors you and heather found.
Thank you
