Heather Collins Studio Coordinator I've been Studio Manager at Beechdown since 2008. I'm married, 2 kids George (b.'92) and Daisy (b.'94) a cat called Benson and a pug, Diva. My hobby is my job! I LOVE every aspect of it and I'm extremely proud to be running Beechdowns' Studio with such a great team of instructors. |
Simon Orr I am a state registered physiotherapist and have been teaching group exercise since 2000. Remember that the trick to sticking to exercise is balance. Balance between what’s fun and what’s effective. Outside exercise I enjoy eating, tennis, eating, triathlon, eating, golf and eating. In short I exercise to eat. |
Sarah Chapman My favourite things to teach are Zumba, which i'm passionate about, and Body Balance. When i'm not teaching I'm a full time mum to my boy, Adam. |
Tina Hay As well as teaching boxercise i teach ante and post natal...work in the gym and am a level 3 personal trainer.I enjoy swimming ,cycling and running as well as the gym.Sunshine,walking and cooking ...(healthy of course) life is about health & fitness. |
Elaine Tennison My favourite class to teach is Body Balance which I teach onTuesdays at 10.45am.
I also teach Hatha Yoga, Pilates, Body Attack, Tums and Bums/Body Conditioning and good old fashioned Aerobics. I have been teaching fitness since 1988.
My other are fashion-designing and making, cooking (especially gluten free), gardening and art. |
Sharon Webb I am a qualified Personal Trainer/Gym Instructor. I have been in the fitness industry for 11 months and absolutely love it. It has also helped me greatly in my own battle with weight loss!! I currently teach "ABSOLUTION" here at Beechdown. GREAT CLASS SO COME AND JOIN US!!! I also love playing squash, skiing and watching movies (lots of them). |
Natalie Porter I changed career in 2010 and fitness has truly become my passion. I believe that finding an exercise you love is key to making a long term commitment to your health. I love the friendly and enthusiastic environment at Beechdown and it is a pleasure to teach Bodypump, Zumba and Body Conditioning here. I hope to meet you in class soon! |

My life is kept very busy with a young son and daughter. When i'm not practicing fitness yoga i'm chasing them around or thinking about our next holiday. I love skiing and scuba diving, i also play piano and now enjoy teaching my daughter. I also enjoy going out to a bar with friends! |
Jill Tuck I love running!! Apart from 7 completed marathons, 50+ half marathins and 3 ultra marathins (35miles) I also compete regularly in fell racimg. I have taught at Beechdown for over 10 years. I'd love to see you at any of my Over 50's and Power Walking sessions. |
Mark Robinson I started practising Yoga at the Beechdown Club over 15 years ago.and qualified in the British Wheel of Yoga in 2003. I love to scuba dive and am equally happy in the seas around the UK as abroad. Otherwise you will find me fixing computer problems, plumbing, painting & decorating or just getting my hands dirty under an old Beetle. |
