 I was a guest at the Meggit Xmas Party on Friday and I thought everything was excellent, from the Staff to the Food and the Disco, which played everything we asked for.

I just wanted to drop you a line to ask you to pass on my heartfelt thanks to your team for helping to make my sisters 50th Birthday party on Saturday such a success. We couldn't have asked for more, the service was excellent as was the food and the venue itself; everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves, my sister in particular.  I have to say that having found your venue it will be the first place I/we would consider using for any future celebrations.
 Organising a party for someone else could have been a nightmare but you and your team helped make it a total success, so once again thanks to all involved.

Just a note to anyone who looking to hold a wedding reception at Beechdown. My wife and I had are reception there. We couldn’t ask for a better and well organised venue. Sue Giles and her team were amazing from the moment we booked it. We would also like to say a big thank you to Nathan Duncombe who was the DJ for the night.

I was going to contact  you before to thank you.(We have only just returned to Ireland. For some reason my laptop would not work at the hotel so had difficulty reading my emails). The food was lovely and the service was excellent. My mother would have been very pleased that we gave her such a good sendoff. Thank you again.I am sure that many people who have not been to Beechdown will think about using your facilities in the future. In fact many of my mother's friends said that they'd had a lovely time even though it was a sad event. Thank you again.

Hello Sue,

Just to say thank you for organising everything so well for my husband's party on Saturday 9th Oct.  It went really well and exactly as expected.  The staff were all really accommodating and helpful and we all really enjoyed ourselves.  I even managed to keep it a surprise right up until I brought him through the doors!  I had lots of great comments about how nice the food was and how lovely the venue was too.

We both can't thank you all at Beechdown enough for the absolutly perfect day you gave us. The service was A* the food was A* the whole package was A* personally we feel we picked the perfect venue, all we wish is that we could do it all again.

We'll definatly be recommending you to my friends and family, you made me feel so at ease i didn't feel stressed one bit and on the day I knew you'd make our room look just how i imagained it and we couldn't of done it without you all.

Also Sue you helped me so much through all my planning, was such a pleasure to have you working with me to create our big day. Once again a big thank you from Russ and I....you made our day so special :o

Beechdown Health Club provided us with a very friendly, flexible and value for money service. They met all of our unusual requests and were keen to help and please at every opportunity. The venue is roomy, modern, clean and well looked after. Staff were helpful and attentive making the whole experience more enjoyable. We would certainly book again for future functions and be very happy to deal with Sue, thank you!

Hi Sue & Chris,

We just wanted to send a huge thank you to both, Jane and all the Beechdown crew for making Kieron’s Party such a wonderful day.  It exceeded our expectations in every way. 

 Prior to the event you were both brilliant supporting our various requests and advising us on the menu etc.

 It was fabulous to be met by Chris on the day – who had thought of every detail (from warming the Breezes to creating a children’s and adults area). He was there throughout helping us from decorating and blowing up balloons to making sure we had enough drinks and the sparkling wine was chilled.  He was a total star!

 Compliments to the chef and the kitchen team for the food too – it was delicious . The fish and chips especially was a hit with everyone (beautifully cooked).

 Jane and the team were also fantastic as ever – looking after us all later in the afternoon.

 Lastly, the ladies on reception were great letting everyone in and pointing them in the right direction.

 It was the perfect venue for our needs and we all came away so happy we felt it was important to share this feedback with you.

 Thanks for a great day from all of us!! Beechdown is the best!!

Just a note to say a BIG thank you for a wonderful day on Monday. It was such fun and so inspiring to work with Liz, and everyone at the venue, especially Sue, were so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much rouble and they all made the day go smoothly.

Good afternoon to you both.

May we extend our gratitude to you both for helping/sorting out our End of Season BBQ yesterday.

The chef and bar staff were brilliant!!!

We had 41 people there and all had a very good time (hopefully your bar takings should show you how good!!)

The only disappointing thing from our side was that we felt a couple of our members took the mickey slightly with the 'help yourself' food policy.  This is something that we will have to review for next year.

Just to say a huge thank you to everyone at beechdown involved in making our Caribbean themed Silver Wedding Aniversary a really special evening for Tim and I. Thank you for getting hold of the cocktail glasses at the last minute - we do appreciate that it took some effort as I understand that they were hard to come by.
The evening ran smoothly from our viewpoint, and the food was excellent.  Everybody commented on a great BBQ and the desserts were excellent.  I'm so glad that with the weather being a little chilly later on that we chose the hot crumble option!!  Lots of people said it was the best crumble they had had so compliments to the chef!

Just a few lines to give you the feedback I have received from the events we held at your venue on 1st and 2nd March. 

 Firstly, many thanks indeed as it would appear that everything went very well and our delegates were happy with the way they were received and their environment for the day.  The catering side of things was extremely well received; I have received comments on the high standard of the food provided.  It was good that the entrance to the conference centre was well indicated.  I understand there was sufficient parking.  A few delegates got lost on the way over to you in the morning so perhaps one thing that could be put together in the fullness of time would be and simple guide on how to find you ….. mind you Basingstoke is renowned for being confusing so good luck with that one!!

 My contact with yourself has been very good indeed and you have always responded swiftly and with utmost professionalism to any of my queries – thank you.  I will await receipt of your invoices for the events and will get them processed soonest.
