The Beech Suite can accommodate up to 130 guests for a silver service meal or up 200 for functions with buffets or barbeques. We can also offer a number of rooms for smaller events.
If your event includes a dance, disco or live entertainment, the Cedar Suite with its wood floor and purpose designed light system is incorporated into the Beech Suite by rolling away the soundproof partition. 
All rooms are fully air conditioned and guests may also enjoy the view over the glorious gardens from the terrace which leads off Beech Suite

Guests have been enjoying Christmas Parties at Beechdown for many years and whilst we’re always seeking ways to improve, we do believe that our
formula provides the perfect party for all ages and tastes.
Great atmosphere……hats, crackers and novelties on your table……fabulous food……. Fantastic music……..inexpensive bar prices….and uncompromisingly good service.
Simple and effective.
Since last year we have extensively refurbished our Banqueting Suites which are now air conditioned throughout. The new extended bar will ensure that guests are served with the minimum of delay.
We’ll be here, the party season will be great fun and we hope to have the pleasure of your company too.
