STUDIO NEWS
What a FANTASTIC start to the New Year!!! January’s been "buzzin" in the studio. Brilliant….thank you all for making it so exciting.
Just a couple of changes for February….The Tuesday Evening Body Balance is moving to Thursday evenings at 8pm. Karen Pearmine, most of you know her from Wednesday morning Body Pump, will be taking the class. Karen is passionate about Body Balance and is a great instructor so the class is going to be excellent, I know.
Also, Sharon’s Absolution class is moving from Thursdays to 8pm on Tuesday evenings. Absolution is the best way to tone and strengthen those important abdominal muscles in a traditional, no frills, just drills, way. These changes will take place on Feb 7th and 9th respectively.
AQUA ZUMBA. The taster sessions were a great success but now I need your feedback. PLEASE could you fill in a feedback form, available from Reception to let me know what you thought….and whether you want AquaZumba as a permanent class.
