Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Steam Room, Sauna, Hot Beds
Beechdown has a 16 metre pool with wonderfully warm water. No strong chemicals either as the ozonizer takes care of making the water pure. Overlooking the swimming pool you can relax in our large jacuzzi, or enjoy a sauna, steam or hot bed.
Studio Classes and Gym
Beechdown has an extensive programme of daytime studio classes for you to enjoy including Pilates, Yoga and Body Conditioning. Click here for a timetable.
Our superbly equipped gym that has something for everyone. Our extensive range of the finest fitness equipment available is split into separate areas, all fully air-conditioned, each purpose designed to enhance your work out. If you'd like to use the gym on your Spa Day please ensure you book your complimentary one-to-one session with an instructor to ensure safe use of the equipment.
Lounge and Relaxation Room
There are so many ways to relax at Beechdown. Wander between the sauna and the steam room, take a shower...ice cold if you dare...then dry off on the pool-side ceramic heated relaxation beds. Beechdown has a dedicated relaxation room (day spa lounge) that features an automatic shiatsu massage chair and loungers ...choose the one that suits your exact mood.
