Beechdown offers over 200 classes a week

Class Timetable

At Beechdown we offer around 200 exercise classes each week. So there is sure to be a class for you, at a  time that suits you. Instructor led classes offer the benefits of qualified instructor coaching, encouraging and engaging with you. Virtual classes are led by a  screen with the world’s best instructors delivering a safe, effective and fun workout. Virtual Classes offer the convenience of many classes every day.

Please bring a sweat towel, a bottle of water and your energy!

Many Virtual Classes are offered as 'Gen T' but a parent must also attend the class with Children Under 16. Under 16’s must not attend BODYPUMP.

Classes Key

Gen = Suitable for all levels

Beg = Beginners Class

Int = intense and challenging, for experienced participants

Gen T – Teenagers may attend (12+).

* Denotes classes that should be booked. Bookings open from 8am the previous day or online up to 48 hours before the stated class time.
