The Sanctuary Spa
The Sanctuary offers a stunning and private adult only relaxation area away from the hustle and bustle. It features two foot spas, a hemlock sauna, a himalayan salt steam room, hot relaxation beds, an igloo room and two experience showers – choose from either a tropical or drench shower. A complete Day Spa experience all enclosed in our Pool Hall and available for use whenever we are open.

Deluxe Hemlock Sauna
Crafted in Hemlock, the ultimate wood for saunas, ours features atmospheric lighting both under-seat and along the seat edge.
You'll find our Sauna located within The Sanctuary that overlooks the pool, along with a Laconium Sauna on the top deck of the pool hall.
Salt-Infused Steam Room
Within our salt-infused steam room, the steam is injected into the tiled cabin through rock salt. So spending time in this steam room is not just a relaxing experience, it's also great for your skin too.

Foot Spas
Our push-button activated foot spas have temperature-controlled hot water that flows into the well and massages your feet.
Sculpted Heated Loungers

Indoor Swimming Pool
Enjoy our 30 degree swimming pool, perfect for a casual swim or a refreshing workout
The Jacuzzi
Situated in the pool hall, our jacuzzi is set at 37.5 degrees, the perfect temperature for you to drift off as you soak in the water and feel the jet massage against your back.
Water Cannon
This feature is within our main pool and sprays a jet of water at the press of a button. You'll experience the feeling of sitting under a waterfall as the water massages your back.
Igloo
This feature is unique to Beechdown.
After spending time in the hot experience elements of the Wellness Suite, you'll welcome a spell in the igloo. The cabin is chilled to between 0 and 5 degrees, less brutal than an ice-bath but still an effective treatment for muscle stimulation after exercise.
Luxury Experience Shower
Touch a button, the red light comes on, and water jets spray you all over with pre-heated hot water. Touch the other button and you get a (shorter) experience of cold water, while the blue light adds to your 'frisson'.
